Course Registration

UCF employees may register for training classes through the myUCF portal (https://my.ucf.edu). After using your PID and myUCF password to log onto the portal, follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to: Employee Self Service > Learning and Development > Request Training Enrollment.

2. Select the Search by Course Number link, and then enter the letter F in the Course Number field (all UCF Financials courses begin with F). Then, click the Search button.

3. Click the View Available Sessions link for the course you selected. Instructor-led courses take place at the specified time; you may complete WebCT courses at your own pace.

4. Click on the session number link for the course displayed in the Session column.

5. Click the Continue button on the Session Detail page, and then click the Submit button on the Submit Request page. Finally, click the OK button on the confirmation page.

6. After you submit your training request, you will receive an e-mail confirming your enrollment. The e-mail will be sent to the primary e-mail address you specified on the myUCF portal (Employee Self Service > Personal Information > Email Addresses).
