DDCs, RFOs, and DLPs will have many resources available to them to help them learn more about the Enhanced DAL.

• FSC112 Enhanced DAL Training Guide. This guide will explain how to use the Enhanced DAL. Both the F&A and FSS Web sites will have the training guide available for downloading.

Topics this guide will cover include:

• Inquiring on an employee’s DAL status
• Updating employee information
• Changing, activating, or inactivating authorizations
• Using bulk approval and bulk copy
• Conducting the annual employee verification

• Addy Notes. Addy Notes that show how to perform many of the DAL functions will be available on the Addy Notes section of the FSS Web site.

• UCF Financials Training Courses. Both online and instructor-led courses on the Enhanced DAL are planned.

• FSC112 – Enhanced DAL Training. This online Webcourses training will furnish an overview of the DAL process, including the annual verification. The course will present each topic in a User Productivity Kit (UPK) format. UPK uses animation to teach each step needed to perform a task.

• FSC212 – Enhanced DAL Workshop. This instructor-led workshop will supply hands-on training in the Enhanced DAL.
